♡Fitness tips + cute gym equipment ♡

Hello lovelies! I've been wanting to write about fitness for a while now. We should each have a fitness routine, whether you're small or large. Getting fit isn't only about losing weight, but also your body needs it. Being a girl myself, I don't want to have HUMONGOUS muscles and six packs, I just want to be healthy. There's lots of cute equipment and accessories out there. Here are some cute finds:

Why not switch up your ordinary water bottle for this cute blue one?

Fitness tip: 
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
- If you want to lose weight, then drink your water about half an hour before you have a meal.

Fitness tip:
 -While you're working out you can play some of your favourite songs to get you enthusiastic, gets your body working more.

- Get some workout DVDs so that you can exercise in the comfort of your own home~

Fitness tip: - Doing yoga is very easy and all you need is a mat and your mind. There are many poses you can do, plus it is very relaxing! 
- If you're just starting exercise some good starters would be: push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, jogging/walking
