♡ How to avoid breaking your nails ♡

Hello beauties! I've got some tips that will help you grow strong nails that won't break! Let's begin~
Olive oil
- Put 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into a bowl and pop it in the microwave (20 seconds). When it's warm enough apply this to your nails and massage it in. You should do this for about 10 minutes a day and you will see much improvement!
Diet
- If you eat foods that are rich in n biotin such as; cooked eggs, liver, avocado, whole wheat. By changing your diet you are also giving strength to your nails but also your whole body!
Chores
- When doing chores that will be hard on your nails always wear gloves. I can't stress enough how important this is. You can't imagine how disappointed I was when my nail broke while washing the dishes. The gloves will act as a shield to protect your nails, sort of like nail armor!
Biting your nails
- If you want to have long, strong nails then you have to get rid of this habit. As a past nail-biter, I've given up my ways of biting my nails. That's because I've dreamed of having oval shaped nails. By stopping this habit it will prevent you nails from getting dry or brittle!
Water
- One of the most important tips is to be hydrated. Think about it like this, if your body is dry then so are your nails. Hurry up and grab that H20!
