♡ How to be healthy ♡

Hello lovelies! Lately I've been getting a lot of messages related to health. I guess since my fitness post some of you wanted some health tips. I love it when my readers suggest topics for me to write! Now, let's get on with it~ This is going to be a short post. 

Eat to be healthy, not skinny

The first thing you need to put in your mind is that you don't need to be skinny to be healthy. If you're determined to be healthy, you need to eat healthy. Many fruits and vegetables have different benefits. Eating healthy also makes a huge difference in your appearance. You're bound to look glowing! If it's too hard to change your diet, then baby steps will be the way to go. Slowly changing your eating pattern will make it easier for you to eat healthy. Start by eating fruits one day, then the next add some grains. If you are committed to this you will see change!

Exercising

By exercising your body will look healthy physically. There are many different kind of equipment you can try at the gym. Doing at least an hour of fitness everyday will benefit you. You can do push ups, sit ups, bench presses, treadmill, crunches. I personally like to go on walks or jogs, everyone has their preferences!
